Two Paths
One Door
In every neighborhood, there are landmarks of the heart. For years, our town's story had two such places: El Sombrero and Renaldo's.
On one path, there was the vibrant, zesty spirit of El Sombrero. It was the place for sizzling fajitas, celebratory margaritas, and the lively pulse of conversation. It was a local fixture where every meal felt like a fiesta.
On another, parallel path, there was the comforting, familiar embrace of Renaldo's. It was the home of classic pastas that tasted like they came from a family recipe book, cozy booths for quiet dinners, and a warmth that made everyone feel like a regular.
Each was a beloved institution. Each had its own loyal family of patrons. For decades, these two paths ran alongside each other, defining the flavor of our community.
Then, an idea was born. What if we could do more than just preserve these two traditions? What if we could unite them?
It wasn't about closing a chapter; it was about binding two beloved books into one. It was about creating a single place that could honor both legacies at once, ensuring the flavors our town grew up with could continue to be part of its future.
And so, 3C's came to be.
Here, inside the walls of the old 75 Center location, those two paths meet. We built this restaurant as a celebration of everything that made El Sombrero and Renaldo's special. Yes, the enchiladas you remember are on the same menu as the signature lasagna. The bar serves both ice-cold cervezas and robust glasses of Chianti.
3C's isn't just our story; it's the neighborhood's story. It's a new chapter we're all writing together, one delicious meal at a time.
Welcome to the family. Welcome to 3C's.

Our Roots
We wouldn't be here without the two neighborhood institutions that inspired it all. 3C's proudly carries on the legacy of great food and community started by El Sombrero and Renaldo's.
